This Cookie Privacy Notice has been prepared by 1048 Vakıf Enerji Anonim Şirketi (the “Company”) to inform you, under Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (the “Law”) and related legislation, about the processing of personal data obtained automatically through cookies and similar technologies placed on your device while you use the website at https://yerebatansarnici.gov.tr (the “Website”).
This notice explains which cookies the Website uses, for which purposes, how long they are kept, whether they are first-party or third-party, the legal grounds for processing, how they are triggered and how you can manage your cookie preferences.

Analytics / Performance Cookies
Used to obtain statistical information on how the Website is used and to improve it. These cookies are not placed on your device, and the related technologies do not run, unless you choose them and give your explicit consent.
LEGAL GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING
Personal data obtained through strictly necessary cookies is processed on the legal ground of Article 5(2)(f) of the Law: processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.
Analytics / performance cookies run only after your explicit consent is obtained under Article 5(1) of the Law. Not giving consent does not prevent you from using the Website or the ticket purchase service.

The table lists only the cookies actually used on the Website. The ticket purchase section (bilet.yerebatansarnici.gov.tr) does not use cookies; bank and payment institution pages opened at the payment step are subject to their own cookie policies.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD
If you allow analytics cookies, the Google Analytics service is used and the data obtained is transferred abroad to Google LLC. Article 9 of the Law applies to the transfer of personal data abroad. Page addresses sent to Google Analytics do not include query parameters.
MANAGING YOUR COOKIE PREFERENCES
The Website uses a cookie management panel for cookies that are not strictly necessary. In the panel you can allow or refuse analytics cookies and change your earlier choice at any time. If you withdraw your consent, the Google Analytics cookies are deleted from your device.
You can change your cookie preferences through the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of the page. You can also manage cookies partly or fully through your browser settings.
RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data obtained through cookies is kept for as long as the purpose of the relevant cookie requires. The retention period of each cookie is shown in the table above. When the period ends or the purpose no longer exists, personal data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised in line with the legislation.
